Group coaching class

In this 12-week session, you’ll get all of the great benefits of my 1:1 sessions, but in a small group (virtual) setting. Each week we will meet for 1 hour to go over nutrition content such as the macro- and micronutrients, in addition to Q & A sessions and coaching guidance. Includes mini nutrition analysis, access to Chronometer Gold, and private Facebook support group.
